PRICING

Honest pricing, scoped to your website.

No two websites are the same size, so no honest accessibility company prices them the same way. Here is exactly how our pricing works, what drives cost for each service, and the two ways to get a firm number for your site.

HOW OUR PRICING WORKS

What actually drives the cost.

Accessibility work scales with your website, not with a rate card. Audit and testing work scales with the number of page templates your site is built from: most sites repeat a handful of layouts across hundreds of pages, so we price on the templates, and every fix at the template level resolves the issue everywhere it appears. Advisory work scales with the scope of support your team needs, from design reviews to embedded weekly guidance. Monitoring scales with the size of your site and how often it changes.

Once we know those things about your website, the price is straightforward. For most audits, a 15-minute call and a look at your site is enough for us to quote directly, at no cost. For larger or more complex projects, or where we will be advising your team through a build, the Accessibility Readiness Report is the better starting point: we scope the project with you and the quote that comes out of it is accurate, not indicative.

GETTING YOUR NUMBER

Two ways to get a firm price.

For straightforward audits: book a 15-minute call, show us your website, and in most cases we can quote directly. No report required, no cost to get the number.

For larger or more complex projects, and for organisations planning a build where IncluD will advise the team through CoLab: start with the Accessibility Readiness Report. For $1,500 + GST we assess your website, scope the project with you, and hand you a prioritised picture of the work with an accurate price to get there. The full $1,500 is credited back when you engage us within 90 days, so the scoping pays for itself the moment work starts.

INCLUD VERIFY

Audits: priced on page templates.

A Verify audit is scoped to the number of distinct page templates and key user journeys on your website or app, not the raw page count. A 500-page site built on 12 templates is a 12-template audit.

INCLUD LIVED

Lived-experience testing: priced on journeys and templates.

Lived testing is scoped to the user journeys being tested and the templates they cross, plus the assistive technologies your audience uses. It can stand alone or ride alongside a Verify audit.

INCLUD COLAB

Advisory: priced on scope of support.

CoLab is scoped to the support your team needs and for how long: design reviews at key milestones, developer guidance during a build, or embedded accessibility input across a whole program of work. Agreed up front, no surprises.

INCLUD MONITOR

Monitoring: scoped to your site.

Monitor plans are scoped to the size of your website and how often it changes. Talk to us about what ongoing monitoring looks like for your site.

When we took The Quit Program into the US, our insurer's advice was blunt: get your website accessibility sorted before launch, because US courts take it seriously. IncluD sorted it. Audited, fixed and verified before we went live.

Fifteen minutes is usually enough. For most audits we can quote directly from the call, free. For complex projects and planning-stage builds, we will tell you honestly if the Readiness Report is the better path.

Frequently asked questions

How does IncluD pricing work?

Audit and testing work (Verify, Lived) scales with the number of page templates on your website or app; advisory work (CoLab) scales with the scope of support your team needs; Monitor plans are scoped to your site and how often it changes. For most audits we quote directly from a short call, free. For larger or more complex projects, the Accessibility Readiness Report scopes the work with you first.

Why do you not publish fixed prices?

Because two websites are rarely the same size, and honest pricing follows scope. For most audits, a 15-minute look at your site is enough for a direct quote at no cost. Where the project is bigger, we publish the fixed price of getting YOUR number: the $1,500 Accessibility Readiness Report, which ends with a prioritised picture of the work and an accurate price to get there.

When is the Accessibility Readiness Report the right starting point?

For larger or more complex websites, and for organisations planning a build where IncluD will advise the team through CoLab. We scope the project with you: your biggest barriers, risks and priorities, what the work involves, and an accurate price. The full $1,500 is credited back when you engage IncluD for the work within 90 days. Straightforward audits do not need one; we quote those directly.

Is the Readiness Report credit conditional?

The credit applies when you engage IncluD for the work the report scopes within 90 days. There is no obligation: the report and its findings are yours either way.

How do we get an exact quote?

Book a 15-minute call. For most audits we can quote directly from the call, at no cost. For complex projects and planning-stage builds we will recommend the Readiness Report, and tell you honestly which path fits.
