Which IncluD service should we start with?
Most organisations start with the Accessibility Readiness Report ($1,500 + GST, credited back on engagement within 90 days) or an IncluD Verify audit, because knowing where you stand comes first. If you are building or redesigning right now, CoLab embeds accessibility expertise in your team while decisions are still cheap to change.
Do you work with organisations that have no accessibility experience?
Yes, most of our clients are starting from scratch. You do not need to know WCAG to work with us. We explain findings in plain language, prioritise them by real impact, and give your team guidance they can act on without specialist knowledge.
Do you only work with large organisations?
No. We work with Australian organisations of all sizes, from single-site businesses to large operators. The work scales to the size and complexity of your website or app, and the Readiness Report gives smaller organisations a fixed-price way to start.
Can you fix the issues you find, or just report them?
Our reports are built for action: every finding is traced to its root cause and paired with remediation guidance your developers can follow. Through CoLab we can also work alongside your team while fixes are implemented, and Verify re-testing confirms the fixes worked.
